So you can play it for many times and every time you can enter your bet amount then play it and win or lose, the amount would be added to your balance.

As being said in the puzzle, you can get your flag after your balance reached millionaire.

Looking at the C source and we can find this function:

There is a logic bug which allow you to enter any amount in your second input.

But there is another bug that the program did not ensure that bet should be positive. So you can input a large negative integer and lose it, then you got a large amount of money.

0x02 Solution

  • Play the game and enter -1000000000 for betting amount.
  • Keep 'Hit' to lose the game.
  • If you unfortunately win this game, you just play it again, no worries
  • Play again and you will see:
